• We custom-make our products, which means we are unable to accommodate cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect size, format, or design choices across our product range.

• We go to great lengths to ensure the safety of your order during shipping. However, if you receive a damaged item or if there is an error in your order, please contact me, Penny, at 0426 966 398 within 24 hours of receiving your package. Let's have a brief conversation to address the issue. Additionally, kindly take photos of any shipping-related damage and send them to info@mountainsvintage.com.au. We'll promptly resolve the matter and arrange for a replacement to be sent your way

• We kindly request that you exercise care in handling your items once they have been delivered. Please be aware that we cannot accept responsibility for any damage that may occur after the delivery has taken place.
